Simon Walsh

Simon was born in Netherton, Lancashire in 1960, but spent most of formative years in Crosby. Simon read Business Studies and Psychology in Preston. He moved to Loughton in Essex in 1983 and has two children, Camellia and Samuel. He is married to Gill and now lives in Selsey, West Sussex.

Simon was initiated into the Craft in November 2006 and the Royal Arch in 2008. He was privileged to have initiated, passed and raised his son Samuel in the Craft as well as exalting him into the Holy Royal Arch.

He has spent over 35 years in the construction industry as a Commercial Project Director and has worked in India and the UAE.

He is now a semi-retired Project Director/Consultant. He has taken the Holy Orders and was ordained in 2018. He enjoys raising funds for local charities and completed the London marathon in 2007. He is a Past President of the Selsey and District Lions International.

Simon was Advanced into Sanitarian Lodge of Mark Master Masons in 2010. He was appointed as Provincial Deputy Grand Secretary in 2019
