APGM V W Bro David Lucas PGJO visits Epworth Lodge No 1771 – 27 May 2022
Assistant Provincial Grand Master V W Bro David Lucas, PGJO, accompanied by a delegation of Provincial Grand Officers, visited Epworth Mark Lodge No 1771 on Friday 27th May. Amongst the visitors, the lodge was honoured by the presence of W Bro David Sowerby, Deputy Provincial Grand Master of the Mark Province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire, who came in a private capacity as a friend of the Master Elect. The main business of the meeting was the Installation of the Master Elect, Bro Dr Ronald James in a smooth and efficient manner by his predecessor, W Bro Michael Forbes. The Addresses to the Master, Wardens and Overseers were well delivered by members of the Lodge and the Address to the Brethren was given by V W Bro David Lucas followed by an unusual round of applause from those present.
