Below is the link to the Exit Form for your use to report all leavers – whether by resignation, cessation or exclusion – to the Provincial Retention Officer. Please read through the accompanying notes which will, we trust, be both informative and of assistance. Would you then please forward the completed form to W. Bro Cliff Sturt as indicated thereon.
Please do NOT amend Keystone On Line until the Provincial Grand Secretary has given the go-ahead to do so.
