Hello,

Newly appointed Directors of Ceremonies get a very valuable insight into their role within the Province

A warm welcome and introduction by the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, W.Bro Wes Holland was followed by a very enlightening short talk by the Deputy Provincial Grand Secretary, Scott Cargill in respect of the Secretariat’s role in ensuring all the information is dispersed in good time and reporting procedures thereafter.
RW Bo David Ashbolt then gave a short address, after which, the floor was back in Wes’s hands and he put all the newly appointed DCs through individual rehearsals with the PGM, David Ashbolt, DepPGM Tom Quinn, APGMs Jerry Gangadeen, Henry Hobson, Cliff Sturt, Tim MacAndrews and the ProvGJW David Lucas all taking part.
There was, along the way, ample time for Questions and Answers and everyone retired having learnt just a bit more about what makes a great DC and a Happy and well organised Delegation and having enjoyed themselves into the bargain.
