Hello,

Provincial Grand Officers’ Mess Annual Dinner

25 April saw almost 100 members of the Province attend the Provincial Grand Officers’ Mess Annual Dinner held at Bakers’ Hall in the City.

Having had a glass or two of beforehand, we were then informed and entertained by Lance Whitehouse who gave a talk on ‘Freemasonry & the World of Livery‘, after which we all tucked into a superb meal while the room buzzed with conversation and laughter.

After dinner, as is the custom, the Provincial Grand Master invited the attendees to pose to him any question they fancied. Somewhat predictably, there were questions regarding his head wound – to which Tom gave a very entertaining response regarding a hunting accident involving a haggis!

Congratulations to the organising committee for arranging such a superb event, and thanks to those members of the London Mark Provincial Grand Stewards’ Lodge who were on hand to help with the logistics.
