Provincial Officers and guests joined R.W.Bro. Tom Quinn Prov.G.M. at the Kennel Club for the Provincial Officers’ Mess Annual Dinner. The evening included a guided visit to the library and art gallery followed by an excellent dinner and finished off with presentations, an address by the Prov.G.M. and the traditional raffle.
