Provincial Senior Grand Warden visits Carnarvon No.616
On 14 June, Carnarvon Mark was honoured to receive a visit from the Provincial Senior Grand Warden, W. Bro. Kevin Hendle G.J.D., and a small – but perfectly formed – delegation.
It was a very happy meeting, but one tinged with sadness as we heard eulogies for W. Bro. Ian Greenidge (who although had left the Lodge due to ill health in 2022 had up until then been a loyal member for 23 years) and W. Bro. Stephen Gill (who had been a giant in the Lodge for 34 years).
The Assistant Secretary, W. Bro. Richard Criddle, read a short lecture by Neville Cryer on The Mark Master’s Apron, after which the brethren retired to the Festive Board to celebrate W. Bro. Reno Hintzen’s birthday.
