I worked for 20 years at the British Museum before heading the South of England Community Equipment Service Division for The British Red Cross.
I am in almost every Order in the book and been through the chair of most but am still enthusiastic to learn more about our wonderful fraternity.
I am considered to be something of an expert in Thai philately and have spent many happy years travelling all over the Far East. I am a member of the Thailand Philatelic Society and attend lectures and auctions all over England as well as Thailand.
I am a very keen Charlton Athletic fan and held a season ticket for many years now.
Married to Margaret for over 30 years who is originally from Mauritius.
We have two West Highland Terriers Bon Bon and Maxim who we adore.
The allotment takes up any spare time that we might have!
