RW Bro David Ashbolt PGM – Full Team Visit to Guild of Freeman Lodge on 11th January 2018
Attended by RW Bro Edwin Goodwin and almost 20 team members, the Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro David Ashbolt paid a very special visit on the occasion of the Installation of the New Master. Not only were we there to wish the new Master well, the PGM, ably (it says here!) assisted by the Provincial Grand Axeman, W Bro Charlie Newman, presented the Platinum Award – The Axe to the Lodge in recognition of its magnificent attainment. This was in addition to the Grand Patron Gold Collarette which was then presented by RW Bro David Ashbolt, to the WM for this wonderful charitable achievement. We dined on a traditional Burns Supper where the whole atmosphere was one of happiness and fun.
