Mark Masons' Hall, 86 St. James’s Street, London
Hello,

APGM gives Lecture on the Historical Mark Degrees to Britannic Lodge, No. 433

The Brethren of the Britannic Mark Lodge welcomed the APGM and his delegation before enjoying a lecture given by Assistant Provincial Grand Master W. Bro. Clifford Sturt, with the assistance of the Assistant Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, W. Bro. Tony Clarkson. The lecture was entitled “An Exposé of the Mark Man and Mark Master Ritual”, and demonstrated the different way that the Mark was organised (originally in two separate Degrees) in 1820, and gave a feel for how they were each delivered.

There was a truly international feel to the meeting, as many members were from Italy, and we were additionally delighted to welcome two Brethren from Iceland.

Having enjoyed both a Royal Ark Mariners meeting, then the Mark meeting, the Brethren hastened to good cheer and good food at a Mark Mason’s Hall Carvery Festive Board.

A splendid evening!
