Full Team Visit to Piscator. 24th January 2015. Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro David Ashbolt gets Hooked
What a treat. The Team turned out to accompany RW Bro David Ashbolt, PGM on his very special visit to Piscator Lodge. Not only was it to make presentation of the Bronze, Silver & Gold Award Certificates it was to undertake the 12th Presentation of the Axe – the prestigious “Platinum” award for contribution to the Mini-bus Appeal. The PGM then presented Bro Bill Gunn with his Mark Grand Lodge Certificate. As well as all this we were to be part of Piscator’s Burns Night Celebrations. These all went extremely well and in a great relaxed and happy atmosphere with lots of interaction. The PGM was accompanied by both VW Bro Keith Florence, the outgoing APGM and W Bro Tom Quinn, APGM Designate plus a plethora of Provincial Grand Officers.
The evening was progressing well, when, out of the blue, the Worshipful Master presented the PGM with a silver “Fish Hook”, the Lodge’s emblem, to great acclaim and much fun and laughter. Thank you, Piscator Lodge, for a great evening. See on at the next one!
