George Alfred Johnson – RIP
Many of the London Brethren will remember the late W. Bro. George Johnson PGJD, who died on 5th March this year. George was a relatively late initiate into Freemasonry but was so taken by the Craft and many other Orders that after being Exalted, Advanced and Elevated he joined AMD, KT, OSM, RCC, RSM, Operatives – and not just in one Province but in many others too. He will be remembered for his enthusiastic approach to recruitment and for his services to our Province, where he was a member of Isma, Henniker, Installed Masters and Eclectic & Empress Britannic wherein he was Master and Commander in 2003 and 2006 respectively.
There will be a Memorial Service for George on 19th September 2019 at 2 p.m. at Holy Trinity Church, Northwood, HA6 2RP and all who wish to attend will be made most welcome.
