London Mark Provincial Grand Stewards’ Lodge donates to the Royal British Legion
At its June meeting, and to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings, the London Mark Provincial Grand Stewards’ Lodge decided to donate £500 to the Royal British Legion. So on 18 July, the Worshipful Master of LMPGSL – W. Bro. Robert Lakic P.G.J.D. – accompanied by W. Bro. Stacy Harman Prov.G.Ch.Stwd visited the RBL’s Head Office to present a cheque and they were warmly welcomed and thanked by Graham and Sonya from the charity.
The Royal British Legion is a lifeline to thousands of serving and ex-serving personnel and their families. The charity works hard to support the most vulnerable in our society; be it veterans, those who suffer from social isolation, or those simply overwhelmed by the challenges associated with the cost-of-living crisis.
